I did a search and it was very helpful. I think I zero'd in on the part I want, but thought I would run it by you guys to make sure I am not missing anything. From my search, I gathered that the widest possible radiator before needing major surgery was 26". 19" seems to be a common height. Also found that a 'bolt in' affair is about twice the price of a universal, and that 22" wide universal is a very easy fit. I thought hard about the 22", but since the money is same-same and cooling should be better... I went with the other. It is around 25.5" wide x 19" tall. The hose fittings are same as stock and same location. The only thing about this one is that it has no drain cock. Other options that would probably fit: This one is a full size car rad (390-428, and one 429 application). About 26" wide overall, but if you look at the lower portion, it actually gets narrower. Proabably fit fine... Looks like a stock version of the aluminum one in my first post. The inlet/outlet is same-same as ours. Is almost 50 bux more than the aluminum one. Next one is BBF Stang. Not only are the hose fittings same size, they are exact same location. Not moved in the slightest. I have seen this in Mavs and all it needs is converted to the Stang mount bracket to work. Very large, 3 row, and I have seen 4 rows. The big drawback is this 3 row costs twice what the aluminum one costs! Then of course, there is the *bolt in 3 row. I really want this one, however it is the absolute smallest of the bunch AND it is well over twice the cost of the aluminum rad. It is by far the most expensive one I have posted in this thread. 360 bux!
I think I paid $240 for that last one, I would have to look up my info though. I know he said lifetime warranty also...
Found this: Jeep Scrambler 4 row Same height as ours, same locations on the hoses. The lower hose is slightly smaller, no issue there. The width is 24", but has some decent mounting 'wings' too. About 230 bux. Should cool like crazy.
390-401 Cherokee/Wrangler 4 row. Right height. Lower hose slightly smaller than ours. 25.75" wide, then very nice mounting wings. I am throwing some of these out now incase anyone has access or knows of a yard where they can scare one up. This one is about 250 bux from Summit.

No. Not yet. I am so torn on the issue. I want good parts and performance, but I also don't want to take my Sprint too far from stock. I know the aluminum or larger Stang 3 row would be best, but I also know they will require mods to the rad support. Also, the finished product won't be stock appearing. The worst part is that every place I check, the stock replacement Maverick rad now has plastic tanks?!? That won't look stock either. I could make the all brass Stang 3 row look more stock that that IMO. Anyway, no help from me yet. I am still on the fence. I rarely drive the car, so I have that luxury. The Stang rad you linked to, I think someone on the board posted they have that one. Almost positive they are in use in Mavs. All the important stuff is in the right place.
