No stripes yet. Heck....no fenders, hood, or front bumper either!!

Overly calm the first time it leaked because I used silicone brake fluid. Place that rebuilt it said to NOT use silicone...so I had to flush it all out with denatured alcohol and used Dot 4 this last time. Yes...leaked all over....but I had it all masked off with plastic so I was prepared. I will leave the plastic on until I get this figured out.

Yes....one really has to tighten all the connections with new stainless steel lines....because they don't seal as well as regular lines if you don't. I had a few leaks there as well.

I had a few of those since the car only starts in reverse. One time it slammed the open door on my leg. Just about drove it thru the garage a couple of times. Decided it was best to move it WAY far away from anything before I start it. :D

Power Disc prop-valves are no different from Manual Disc prop-valves.
You should demand your money back since they obviously can't rebuild it so that it is reliable, and then hit the junk-yards...

Can't wait to see the finished product Craig! Congrats on being mobile once again. I am sure the brake issues will be over soon. I used the self bleeders on the Grabber last year. 1/4 turn and pump the brakes. Pushes all the air out with out allowing the it to feed back into the system. $9.00 for two bleeders at Pep Boys. I think they call them one man bleeders. Worked like a charm on my old drum system. I plan on using them again when I install the disks later on this year!

They are different in how they mount and where the lines get plumbed in. I could make another one work....but that would require drilling more holes or bending up different lines.

Having my money back doesn't help get the job done. I really think it was my own fault.

Come to think of it, you're right. The one I had was vertical instead of horizontal, so I never bolted it to the car when I was using it (it was just suspended by the lines). I wouldn't want to drill new holes either...
