thought i'd share this. he just sent me the pics. came out of the body shop yesterday, been there since november. he got it for dirt cheap off ebay just before then. it was brown and rusty at the time with a cracked windshield but nice interior. he got it running right and sent it out to getting it looking just as good. its a 200/auto with the package tray interior. i havent seen it in person yet since oct., hopefully he'll be at the cruise this sat.

nice look. if he cuts 1 to 1 1/2 coil off of the front springs it will drop the nose alot. then score some rims and tires and he is all set. good to see more 4 doors being redone. if you want to see the drop with 1 1/2 coils cut off of new 6 cyl springs just click on the camera icon bye my name and it will pull up pics of my 2 4 doors.

i dont think its factory but it definatly looks like its fresh off the line, like i said the original color was the typical '70s brown. he is a little up set because it was sitting out in the sun most of the time since nov. and his perfect dash got a crack in it. the owner is definatly a cool guy. he has a pair of very nice '63 caddys, 1 4dr and the others a 2dr convt. but i think he said a mav was his first car way back when so it holds some sentimental value for him. i'll see if i cant get him to join this site and maybe make the roundup trip next time i talk to him and i'll definatly let him know what you guys thought (y)
