Hey folks, i am putting a holley two barrel on my 76 Mav with a 250cid engine. I found the perfect adapter which not only mounts great, but also straightens out the positioning of the holley.
    Check out Cliffordperformance.com.

How does it do as far as starting the engine, meaning does it fire right off?

I have the Carter 2 bbl carb that came off my truck. I wonder how that would work on my mav's 250 six.

    Hmmm.:mischeif:

yeah, you turn the key and it starts. i'll have to hook up a choke before it gets cold though for morning/cold starts. it came with a water heated choke that uses the heater hoses.
