    not sure will find out
    hello everyone.
i am new to this site but glad i found it.
i have three mavericks that belonged to family member no longer living. i want to sell them either by parting out part or someone to restore or use for parts.
i just dont like the idea of some one offering to remove them to hale to the crusher i think the collectors would rather utilize them if possible.
how do i need to get the word out and what makes a good posting so that everyone knows what i have.
any advise would be greatly appreciated.
    shannon from mississippi coast

To far for me, but I would like to thank you for taking the time to offer them to enthusiasts rather than just send them to the crusher.:tiphat:

Yep...I bet my wife is going to say the same thing. :hide: Will be going to look at them Saturday afternoon. Looks like he's about 22 miles from me.
    Thanks Shannon

Hi Iim the original owner of a 70 Maverick and looking for a gas tank. But after spending a couple of hours going through the threads is sounds as if I'm SOL unless someone has come up with something.

Welcome aboard...and yes, you may very well be sol. Early Mav gas tanks are getting harder and harder to find and I believe the 70 is unique. These tanks are so prone to rusting out over the years...sometimes from the inside out, other times from the outside in. I've had one of each here recently. Anyway, good luck in your search.

Okay, did they sell? Are parts available? Can you post pics? Questions, questions.
