You don't need a belly bar for a V8 swap. I put my first V8 in my car nearly 34 years ago and I have never had a belly bar installed.

I6 cars dont have the belly bar. it was just there to help with the extra weight of a heavier v8.

What does a belly bar look like? I may need one some day.
