Not being mean just cautious. You have 5 posts and do not own a maverick.

Just looking out for my Maverick Family. If you are legit then you understand where I am coming from.

I am not attacking your character. I do not know you and there for have no opinion one way or another.

Just pointing out Scammers work this way. They see a neeed that is hard for some others to fulfill, colllect money and run.

I hope you are legit as I would be interested in a few items after you post pricing, where the item is shipping, if you accept paypal ,and a personal phone conversastion etc......

The thread was originally in the foreign Maverick sub forum and I moved it here. Im starting to think that these are parts that he can potentially get and he will act as a middle man. As always proceed with caution when dealing with an unknown seller.

I am sure the shipping won't be cheap, but I would like to have some prices on the rear valance, side pipe covers and the tail lights. Is the rear valance fiberglass or metal?

All of the pictures that were posted came off the Brazilian e-Bay site. I was looking at Maverick stuff on the Brazil site last night. If you go to the USA e-Bay, go to e-Bay motors, and type in Maverick in the search, you will get around 300 items on about 7 pages. I typed Maverick on the Brazil site and got over 27 pages of items. There are a lot of nice cars for sale.

Oh, did I mention that I have a new friend who is very, very fluent in Portuguese and can read the descriptions for me? :yahoo: Did I mention that he helps with telling me how many U.S. dollars is equal to the Brazilian currency?:bananaman

As far as buying from this guy - Caveat Emptor.

It will be very interesting to see how this seller will get these parts transported to the U.S. for any reasonable price. I checked recently on just the front spoiler alone. It would cost about $800 to $900 just in shipping. While the prices for the parts in US dollars are not unreasonable down there, shipping costs are astronomical. I, too, would love to get some of this stuff here to the States, both for myself and for resale, but I've yet to find a suitable way to do it where the parts would be vaguely reasonable in price. I was lucky enough to get a few consoles, tachs, a GT steering wheel, a GT center emblem, some of the later model taillights and such back here before shipping skyrocketed. It would be great if this or some other seller found a way to ship these parts for a reasonable price. For now, I echo the caveat emptor...
