Got this email from Joe Bayura. He is currently restoring a 70 Maverick and a Stallion.

The new inner and outer frame rails are supposed to go into production after labor day. We will be producing the inner and outer frame sections and will be a direct fit to factory specs. So far we have the Right side rails going to production, the left inner and outers will follow with in 2 weeks. The frame rails are clones of the factory and do not have a shock tower. The Aprons Right and left in front of the shock tower are following not to far behind. We will have coming out the following parts for the Mavericks: RT and LFT inner frame rails. Aprons RT and LFT IN front of and also behind the shock towers, for a Total of 4.
Rear Bumper mounting brackets will also become available for the 1970, 1971,1972,1973 Mavericks and Comets. The Rear Valence is also a part that is in the works for reproduction for the small rear bumper cars. The front stone shield is being designed now and no date has been given when it will be ready for production, but it shouldn't be to far off. This is the filler panel that fits behind the front bumper and under the grill of the 70 thru 73 Mavericks, We also will be looking at a possible front valence as well for the small bumper cars.
If you could talk to the people in the Maverick and Comet community and see what is impossible to get, we will take a look at reproducing it. Having a sample piece is always very good.

So what else do you think we need?

Dennis, that sounds great! My list would also include lower quarter patch panels (behind and in front of rear wheels).

Lance,, Joe is big in the circle of cougar/t-bird people. He has recently gotten into Mavericks in a big way. Real nice guy who hails from Cleveland OH.

There is a difference in the inner fenders, between 70 and later, I hope they know that. I have an NOS 70 one (left front), and it's different than the ones on my 73 & 74.

Wow ... that's amazing news. Especially the availability of repop right side fender aprons below the battery tray ...

I think they are definately on the right track thinking about both small bumpers and both valances.
You know as well as I that those parts are horrible trying to find in good shape.
You also know that there is a market for those parts in the entire community from 70-77 due to the small bumper conversion craze.
    Big market for those.

After they get those into production, then they can come back to us and hear things like dash pad, door skins, etc...
There is a market for that stuff, but the small bumper conversion stuff will sell like hot cakes to all years.

Awesome news. I too would love to see repop bumpers at a decent price. It shouldn't be any harder to make them than it is for the early Mustangs. It's just rediculous having to deal with some of these bumper companies.
Head light bezels and hood trim would be a good one...or are they just doing sheetmetal type stuff? Cowl repair panels would be great too.
