    Hmm... 5 days to get the motor and trans swapped in the '72 (the 250 finally died at 254,625 miles, don't know if the timing chain slipped or what). Reminds me of Fun Ford last year when the car was sitting in North Carolina up on jack stands with no rearend or exhaust 1 1/2 days before the show.

    I will be there on Sat.. Our church is having their fall festival on Sun.(no moonshine!). Church every Sunday ALWAYS comes first. 1.God 2.Family 3.everything else..........

    Well me and Earl showed .... beautiful day and a nice show ... upwards of 300 cars and a small swap meet. Fords made a good showing being the majority of the cars there ... especially since the National Galaxie meet was there also ....

    I was there also sans the Ford. Did have the pleasure of meeting Earl and Dan. Unfortunately, my pal Jamie did not make it. Perhaps next year!

    Effie and i met Earl there Saturday. a lot of cars there then. we saw a brown '77 mav. 2dr.,LDO, v8 and halo top looked all org.i left a card on the windowshield...had a large time...
