    Hey Wilbur,

Do you still have that trans/converter for sale? If so, pm me with a phone number where I can get ahold of you. I'm in Ohio right now, and I'm interested in it.

    Thanks,

    Thanks guys,

I got ahold of him, and just got back to the hotel from picking up the trans and converter. Hoping this will cure my trans problems that I've been having this year!

    Thanks Wilbur.

I finally made it back home (real home, not another hotel :D) yesterday evening. Kicked back and relaxed, and caught the first game of the world series. It's raining here, so, I didn't have to work today. Going to try to put the trans in later this afternoon or tonight. Have it ready for the weekend. Hoping the rain will stop and it will dry up. Don't know though... they've already put me on standby for possibly going to Muncie, Ind. Saturday and Sunday. Don't know yet... it's always something!

    Thanks again,

    Tom Stone

If you go to Muncie, you might as well stop and pick up more Maverick parts at Craig's house.

Yeah... but I've got a pretty full plate as it is now! ;) Leaving today at noon to head to Indy. Got to look at a job there, then do the job in Muncie tomorrow. Hoping to get back home tomorrow night... We'll see.

Tom I was working in Alcan again last week and asked about ya and they said you had quite (retired) so what are you doing now as a job if I can ask.

Was hoping to run in to ya, I went past your place and seen your garge door open and almost stopped but didn't feel right stopping without calling you first, and I didn't have my personal cell with me at the time:cry:

    Have to get together sometime!

    Hey Neal,

Yep, I retired from the Fire Department. Not bad...I'm 40. :D Start drawing my checks towards the end of December! I saw the writing on the wall, and I wasn't exactly seeing eye to eye with some of the management decisions being made so I decided I just wanted to do something else. Turned my papers in and sent out some resumes. Started getting replies within 12 hours. Gave them notice at the plant and took a job with a HAZ-MAT company in Evansville! I'm going to be their Emergency Response Director. Right now, I'm travelling around everywhere with crews doing work to try and get up to speed on how they do things within the company and in the field. I'm having a ball. I'm hardly ever home... I'm on the road about 85% of the time. Right now I'm liking the travel though. It's been a while since I just had a chance to get on the road and see the country. I'm sure it will get old eventually, but, right now, it's something different all the time. I'm enjoying learning new things too. Not necessarily any different really than what I was doing, just a different perspective on it, and a different set of goals to achieve in the end. Priorities are a little different.

Good to hear from you. We'll have to get back in touch some time.
