I really like the look of these seats. I found the link from someone here on the boards. Just wanted to have a funtioncal "race" style seat that won't make me look and feel like 10lbs. of S**t in a 5lb bucket....seat, that is:D.

    a) How hard do you think they would be to install?
    b) Is overall size going to be a problem?

I've never pulled my seats out to take a look at what it might entail, I have the stock bench seat in my 70 right now. Any input is appreciated.

since your car doesnt have a catylitic converter your floot is going to be alot flater and even. once you have the correct mounting holes drilled i think youll just have to use some spacers to get the seat straight. shouldnt bee too much of an issue. I managed to get 68 cougar buckets in my cat-equipt maverick last weekend using the '68 tracks, new longer seat studs and a buncha spacers lol

well, i have ridden in one of those "suspension seats before" but only while offroading. It is a bungy style seat that isn't very firm, it's made to move and shift transfers from hard impacts like rock crawling and etc....

if you road race, or take the twisties, this could be a problem...

it's your own personal preference....i personally don't think they would fit the car very well...but who cares what i think. If i saw it in your car, i would probably change my mind. my :2cents:

I was wondering what a suspension seat was. Not into road racing too much...love the 1/4 mile though
