here's some recent shots of my '73 project. ive been working alot of overtime so i havent completed as much as i would like to but it's slowly getting there... i added a grille/bezels, cut the shock towers, cleaned out the interior & put my end caps on. see for yourself
I can't wait to see what this car turns out like. Just wondering, why did you cut the right side shock tower different then the left?
I understand what you are talking about, I also have a job that keeps me busy, and my car is not at my house yet. (It's living at my in-laws right now and it is a 45 min. drive to get any work done on it.) I have been doing mostly mechinical stuff (tires, brakes, shocks, etc.) Stuff that is not even worth taking pictures of. It's tough when you are doing alot of work and not seeing alot of change. I know it will all be worth it soon.
years and years ago someone was going to put a 351m into the car and hacked up one side (pass side) of the shock towers. i cleaned their mess up the best i could but im going to cut my driver's side about the same way so that both sides will match when i weld them up. what a mess....
i know exactly how u feel..... 60+ hours/week of work, wife, 2 kids, household duties.... it never ends, lol.
