roll cage thru the dash????

    has anybody ever seen a maverick with the cage going thru the dash if so are ther any pics anywhere? Thanks

    nope, mine curved about 1/4 before the dash, and the a pillar bars were very close to the a pillar...

    whatcha building?

    I,m building a 72 10.5 tire car ladder bar stut combo. The chassis starting to go together in a week.

    i've never seen one through the dash, unless the dash was removed and a sheet metal dash was installed.:)

    My orange car did, don't think I have any pic's of it. Car sold an in Minn. or Mo.
    The bars on both sides went through pad ( hole sawed pad, right on edge toward windshield) Car was front halved, full cage. Shoot me your email an I'll see what kinda pic's I can pull for you.

    That is an awesome fitting cage around the front, bossmaverick. Is that a 8 point or a 12 point cage?

    I was going to try to do that last year. There are three pieces of sheetmetal to go through we decided against it. I did put some bars in front from the frame notched out shock towers and connected to firewall..
