I bought a Sport Wheel just like the one in these pictures. It looks like there is a clip of some sort that holds the horn cap on. I am missing this clip and all the horn parts. All I have is the wheel itself and the cap. Does anyone know where to find these parts?

I can't get your pix's to enlarge so I can't tell if that is a grant wheel or not but if so go to grant wheels and you should be able to get a kit complete. Good Luck!

When putting a sport wheel in our cars, you have to be sure and get the wheel that has the 2 ring contacts on the back of the steering wheel. this allows the wheel to touch the contacts on ur turn signal switch, which is your horn contacts. as mentioned, some horn buttons aren't made for a horn. my wheel has the correct contacts but my horn button isn't a horn button, just a center peice that doesnt have any wires or anything. and yes, these are held in by a steel clip or 'wire'. here's a pic of my wheel, and if u need more detailed pictures just lemme know and ill take some for you

You can use the wheel, you'll just have to find another way to honk the horn. I hooked up a horn button on one of my cars for this exact reason. I put the button in a hidden location so it doesn't look bad. No, I did NOT use electrical tape to tape it to the column. :rofl2:

i think that's a great deal for a wheel and 2 centers. you could buy them all then resell what you dont need for what you have in them. i just bought another wheel that has a center and if i decide to let it go ill let you know if u dont have one by then

Ditto, plus I'll bet that the "blue oval" cap is a horn switch type.

The sport steering wheel from a Pinto or Mustang II is also a direct fit for our Maverick's and has the center horn button. I have one from a 78 Pinto Cruising Wagon on my 76 Stallion.
