Turismo Spanish term for a sedan. Literally means tourism, used mostly in Latin American countries. Funny Mopar put this on the TC3 I woudln't wanna make adults sit in the back of one of those!

A 2 door sedan can be a coupe. I own one. A '66 Fairlane Club Coupe (2 door sedan)

SO to me it is a fast back coupe, those back seats aren't for adults unless they are really really horny!! The definition I found for sedan says the back seat comfortable holds adults. Gets pretty close back there if you are older than 12

    "
Fastback A design where the roof slopes at a smooth angle to the tail of the car, but the rear window does not open as a separate "door". "

once upon a time a coupe did not have side pillars between the windows a sedan had side pillars between the windows most people that built drag cars used sedans because coupes leaked when the body flexed with a big motor, fastback meant the way the roof and back glass sloped a maverick has a fastback rear window but it does have side pillars between the windows so its a fastback sedan

a sedan can be 4 door with post or coupe 4 door without post its all about the post do you have it or not a fastback is a sloped rear window,Ford over the years named them different names fastback, coupe ,sports roof ,sedan,a hardtop did not have any window frame it just had a glass window that rolled up ,no frame ,at least thats the way hot rod magazine described cars in the sixties and early seventies, you know before the days of "astro-ventilation" and no vent windows,if you remember astro -ventilation you are just too OLD like me

hey it does have a post, suprise suprise, its a fastback sedan, or a sport sedan or a luxury sedan if its got luxury interior or a sportback sedan or a cool old hotrod or just a plain old beater-cruiser-ratrod, or a classic or a ten footer or a showcar or a economy car or a drag car or a commuter car or the wife's car or the daughters car or as my daughter says DAD it is just a car but I think its just a cool old car to mess around with, been to a lot of car shows this year and where i live nobody has a Maverick this winter I will have a lot of fun restoring it
