    Howdy Maverick friends!
I've posted a few pictures of the build up so far and will get more when I take them. The pictures are all in my user gallery, didn't know where else to put them. I have to do a few other jobs to make some money, but will keep trucking along as fast as I can on it.
Thanks again for all of the support and thoughts, I'm very happy to have found this place.

This car reminds me of a couple of years ago. Some local morning radio show hosts had an old '70 Maverick they were beating up on (before they decided they actually liked the car). One of the guys mistakenly called it a Dodge Maverick, only to have a flood of people call in to the radio station pointing out that it was a Ford. So for the next several months after that, every time they would refer to that car they would call it the "Ford-Dodge Maverick". Looks like you really do have a Ford-Dodge Maverick! :)

I have to say you do very, very nice work. I can't wait to see how this car turns out. If I was a bettin' man, I'd bet we'll be seeing a feature on this car in a magazine sometime in the future.

The gallery here on this site is the correct place to put the pics. :)

I've been making noise about doing a V-10 Maverick for years, but when I do it I'll be using a Ford engine...

Having said that, I can respect your obvious talent and I'm very interested in seeing your progress on this project. This is the only body-on-frame Mav I've ever seen. Nice job so far!
