Back when Mavericks were new, I was among those who snorted a bit and hit the gas on my Avanti (showin' em who's boss). I' retired now, and the neighbor had a 74 that he'd gotten tired of playing with, so bought it a few days ago. It's not an Avanti, but that 302 still gives the thrill (especially compared to my Metro 3 cylinder). It needs a lot of work-- mainly cosmetics, but should make a nice sunday driver. I'll probably be asking lots of tech. questions in near future.
Just got mine too and can't stop thinking and planning all the changes I want to get done. One thing I have found though, I can get most of my questions answered HERE!! Great place and welcome aboard.
