    yeah that is what I thought. When someone says a 351 Torino Small Block I think Clevland and that IMHO ain't no Clevland....

    VERY nice Car none the less. I really like the way it looks and the price is pretty good too.

    i remember when this was listed before but the reserve was $5k i think. it's not far from me, about 1.5 hour drive

    Did you go look at it by any chance? If so is it as nice as it looks?

    If it were a 3 or 4 speed It would have my attention. As it is now I just think it is a very nice looking Maverick

    That manifold looks like an old school torker289 with the twisted carb mount.I did not think they made that for a 351.:scratchchin:

    That appears to me to be a 351 windsor judging from the angle of the valve covers and the distance between the radiator hose/thermostat outlet and head. As far as the intake, I used to have one on a 351 in a Granada dirt car back in the 80's. I believe it was a Weiand, but too many beers have passed since then. May have been an Offy.
