    Hi all guys in this forum.
    I'm new for here.
    and I'm looking all topics and I think this forum is very interesting,
    Here has many details of maverick, and I like it.
    So I'm decided stay here for a long time.
    My car is a Maverick GT 1978 4 cil (2.3 OHC)
    and I pay for it R$6,700 (about U$3.700), ya here in Brazil maverick is overpriced.


    And now my car is all removed, I am restoring the car. So Here in Brazil its very hard find some itens like details external.

    So I'm lookin now the Set Trims window Front and back window. and maverick Headlight bezels.

    so if anyone have this parts:
    -Moulding Trim (front and back window) to maverick 2 doors.
    -Maverick Headlight Bezels

    Welcome! I enjoy seen pictures and information about Brazilen Mavericks ,I know the grabber hood was availible longer than here, was yours factory or added later? Nice car!

    Hi , my hood is original factory, i didn't change it, it's model GT.:dancing:
    here in Brazil was 2 kinds hood.

    We could only get that hood from the factory 2 years, 1971 and 1972 on the grabber package

    here in Brazil this models hood was made between 76 - 79
    . and only in GT models.

    yea here in the US instead of Maverick GT's we got "Grabbers" that came with that hood in '71-72
