    Whats wrong with M blocks. They can build power, are becoming more popular, and are a good reliable engine.(from my experiences) They dont yet have a huge aftermarket selection of parts but are quickly becoming a more popular engine.

    And the M block was the Cleavlands replacement. Not The FE

    I want a 460 :(

    Even though they are capable of good power,the bottom end is much weaker than the FE.And the M DID replace the FE in the trucks after '76,cars after '71.The Cleveland was considered a small block and was only made '70-74,mostly installed into Mustangs&Torinos.A better engine than the M but they(351C,351M/400)are all considered "335" series.

    The M block is a small block I thought?
