Can anyone tell me if a Vic Jr on a 302 block will fit under a stock hood without cutting hole in the hood.

    Thanks

Mine fits fine and I have a 1" spacer on it. It even fit when I had a nitrous plate as well.
You will need a deep drop air cleaner though.

It sounds like a Funnelweb would fit in there then. I think they are 1.25 taller than a vic jr.

    Here's the Maverick disclaimer:
Individual results may vary. Results not typical. side effects may include nausea, heartburn, lightheadedness and lower elapsed times.
Consult your crew chief before discontinuing use of your current intake as some complications may arise from withdrawl...

Only thing different about the Vic Jr, is the carb pad isn't tilted like the stock and aftermarket intakes are. If the aircleaner is going to touch, it'll be the forward edge.
