Got my '71 home today...

    and boy do i love it! very nice car with minimum rust. Dale (former owner) posted it up in the for sale section towards the beginning of the week and i bought it. the pictures dont do it justice. here's some specs:
    1971 2dr
    302
    auto
    a/c
    p/s
    a/m radio
    bumper package
    chrome door trim and even a hitch! (y)

    well worth what i paid for it :yahoo: here's a couple pics just taken a few minutes ago when i got home, after 14+ hrs worth of straight driving :16suspect

    That must have been one heck of a straight road. 14+ hours of straight driving.:rofl2:

    lol, you have no idea :rolleyes: total was over 960 miles round trip, non-stop :drive:


    and boy did it cost me in diesel :cry:

    Don't remind me of the diesel price. Already dreading the fuel bill to get to the Gathering in Joplin, MO. in July.:(

    thanks. and yeah, it's a homemade trailer but is built REALLY good :) and only costed me $300 (y)

    i know the feeling Don. the powerstroke isnt foregiving either :( cost me roughly $300 in fuel for the trip today, and still havent decided if ill make the trip to MO or not :rolleyes:
