What is everyones opinion on Demon Carbs??? I have a 625 Demon Carb and i am having trouble off the launch, it keeps bogging. I still plan on tuning it to try to get it right, but it has started to bugg me. I have a 289 block.....any ideas of what i should or should not do???:hmmm:

Check the accelerator pump adjustment. If it's good go to a larger squirter. If you cant get anywhere with that, try pump cams. Barry grant has a pretty good tech service. Try calling them if nothing else.

I am using the same carb. did you listen several times to the CD that came with the carb. very informative about the carbs. After several adjustments , I was able to eliminate the bog but could not get the lazy acceleraation until 2500 and my mechanic friends said the vac secondaries needed to be adjusted. the needed to come in sooner. cam change and a few other small changes and Waalla . works great now . I tried a mech secondary carb and liked it also. Much more faster responce than the vacumn secondaries. Depends on what you waNT. :huh:JMO
