In your honest opinion are they trash or a good upgrade unit?

I have one, run it just about every day for six months. So far I like it. It's probably made by Taiwanese six-year-olds who earn three cents a day and eat ants, but the quality seems good. I've bought several Procomp parts. Ran some Procomp roller rockers on my Chevy a while back and they were just fine too. A few years ago they had some quality control problems I think, but I believe they got that sorted out and any decent seller should be willing to exchange a defective part if you get one.

I'm running one as well, it's the HEI conversion one. So far so good.
Actually bought mine after reading Faclessnumber's write up.
