Transmission fluid fill?

    I can't seem to find where to fill the transmission fluid. Anyone have any pictures? All I can find is the dipstick, but no fill hole.

    '69.5 Maverick 302, T-5, Grabber Green
    Max; remove the dipstick, pour the fluid down the dipstick tube, check it, repeat as necessary. The tube is the fill hole for trans. Hope this helps.

    m.s.b. a little atf goes a long way. check it hot, motor running and in park with the e brake on. on as level of a surface as you can find. j. m. o. ...frank...

    also let it idle for a while after idling since you'll be pouring ATF down the dipstick tube, if you check the level too soon after adding it will read way over full. Like 71gold said a little goes a long way, from add to full is usally a PINT not a QT.

    Frank is right, this is easy to over look, make sure it is HOT! Very important.
