    Is there a space concern in I6 engine bays? I know we have all kinds of problems with the V8s, but I figured the 6s would be pretty easy to work on.

    they wer on back order a while ago, might want to call and ask whats up before you place an order. starter clearence would be th biggest issue since most headers are designed to work on an early 170/200 mustang with the high starter

    You have room for the headers but I would want some longer tubes on mine for a six. There are few sixes that make a lot of rpm for short and mid-length tubes to work well. The longer the tube the better you have it for producing the power you want or getting the best milage or what-ever.

    sorry to bring up an old thread but did you ever order it?

    im looking to put something on the 250ci '72 i just bought. i noticed that this header no longer lists the maverick as a car it fits...

    I nver got it. I found a roller 302 and am using it instead
