This one should be fun to watch. http://cgi.msn.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6057&item=2461123232#mainImage
very nice, I think a sprint with the grabber option would have been the ultimate maverick,as far as I know you had to pick one or the other,I have always thought about painting my grabber like a sprint or maybe opposite: white and red with blue pinstripes
Hmmm from what the seller described, and judging by the blue dash, the black Grabber interior was installed from another car. I hate to say it, but I would copy Dennis' design of red/white/blue Grabber seats and door panels. Imitation is recognition Dennis! I thought that I could see part of the flag sticker on the rear. Seth
Now that you mention it Seth, it looks like there's part of a flag remaining on the pass. quarter, but there's nothing on the driver's side.
This is an interesting one. The few Sprints I have seen, both Mav and Mustang didn't have black interiors. I'd have to defer final authenticity to Dennis as he's the local Sprint authority.
I agree with Seth about the Black interior and the Blue dash, looks like someone swapped it. The flag on the rear quarter panel looks like someone started to remove it? Maybe, that is why the flag on the other side isn't there?
One other thing is the Trim code he says RB there is no RB code It could be HB It could be a misread? or a typo?
RB is the trim code for a Sprint. Its the only way to tell its a true Sprint. The black interior was definatelly added as well as the buckets. As far as I could find out, no Sprints ever came with buckets and they definitely didnt have black interior. I wonder if he has a 72 or 71 rear seat. I cant tell from the pictures. I'm sure the Sprint badge is missing because parts, if not all of the car has definately been repainted. The Stars look like crap in my opinion.
