    Not a Stallion,Not a Grabber, It's a STABBER ( hence knife point hood )
I just wanted to update my previous post . I recieved a tracking number for my fiberglass Grabber hood on Friday . It should be in my hands on Monday ( I AM GEEKED !) I ordered the hood from Showcars .com back in May.
I just spent 2 days vacation priming and block sanding my car and next week I'm gong to spend a couple more vaction days to get the paint on it.
I'm a novice painter ( I paint a car about every 10 years) and this is my first time using acrylic urethane paint . Does anyone know how long after you spray before you can color sand the car ?

This is the logo I'll have on my car when finished . My car is not a Stallion but I LOVE the logo so I modified it. Hope I don't iritate the REAL Stallion owners:cool:

Before And After Shock Tower Mods

An experiment to see if I can post pictures . These are the progress of a shock tower mod to give the 351W alittle room. By the way the paint in the engine compartment is a HAMMERED finish ( it's suppose to look like that) Whata ya think?

Wow, ordered in May and just now shipping it! I hope you didn't have to pay for it until they got ready to ship it, I would have been P.O.ed BIG TIME if I had to pay and then wait that long!

I live in the middle of the west coast of Michigan . In between Ludington and Pentwater. A very long way from everywhere.

Yea , it was a long wait for the hood but the car IS in pieces so I could afford to wait . They told me 6-8 weeks and I'm just now prepping for paint so it's OK

We are in Greenville, not too far away. We race in Stanton quite a bit(going there right now). Maybe we will see you around with your car some day.

Thanks for the advice Maverick Man . I wish I had it in May . You're right it showed up 1" too wide and needing MUCH prep work before it can be finished . That's what I get for not doing my homework better:(
