I just converted my Mav from the 8" rear to a 9" and from 3.00 to 3.70

i'm running a 26" or 26.5" tall tire, what gear teeth would i need to make my speedo accurate again?

    converter calculator?

    Thanks.

19 or 20 tooth. I've got an 18 tooth on mine with 26.5 tires and 3.50's.

Just buy a $100 GPS. You will from then on have completely accurate speedometer.

Maybe a TomTom ONE, or bottom of the line Garmin.....

I will no longer deal with gears and such, but will use my portable GPS as a speedo in my mav.

whats cool is you can do 90 degree adapters (even in a 1:1 ratio) so if you are installing a different transmission you can use one of those instead of getting a longer cable (in some cases)
