The Finals were this weekend, I gave up my spot to be the crew chief for my daughter, since it was her first Bracket Finals to race at. The Maverick was almost perfect (for a "slow" car!) ran 14.73/14.71 Friday's time trials, went 14.70 Sat. Sunday eliminations (NO time trials) went 14.71(dialed 14.69) with a .007 light, and even lifted a little due to having the other car covered pretty good. Then came back and went red, and went 14.68! Not even our fast 7.00-7.30 dragsters were that consistent! They varied almost a tenth through out the weekend. We finished #2 (Texas Raceway) Houston Raceway Park was #1, Northstar #3, and the Texas Motorplex #4, this is out of around 18 division tracks so we did good! Now just two more points races here at home, I'm #12 in Pro, she's #10 in Footbrake.

ET finals are always a fun time. I missed the Div. 7 ones this year. Haven't missed one in quite a while but Fallon, Nevada was just too far for me to tow. Next year the ET finals will be at Firebird in Phoenix, Az. 43 miles from my house. Glad you had a fun tim. Good luck with the rest of the year.:)
