Hi I have a 72 with a 302 and I just replaced my holley 600 with the edelbrock. the holley had a place for the kick down to attach to. the edelbrock doesn't seem to have this. is this something that I need to have hooked up? and if it is, is there an adapter or something to attach it to? thanks

    buy the ford kickdown kit

i think its edelbrock part #1408. (dont hold me to that)
it'll set you back approximately $20, but its easy to install, and the kickdown works flawlessly.

any speed shop or edelbrock technician will know how to help

    kickdown parts

the kickdown parts are EDL-1483(throtle bracket) and you may need a kickdown rod extension (used when converting 2bbl-to- 4bbl) part#510-20-41(jegs #)
