    I think she secretly likes the car. I don't think she was starting to freak out over me spending fifty[ish] dollars on a scoop. I think it was the idea that I'm about to take a saw to the Maverick.

    Nice save. Sneaky, but nice. Now if she were me, I'd have told you to go ahead and do what you want with the hood, but get your butt out there and start looking for another hood to have as a spare. Spare parts are always good to have.

    Me: "Wow, these cars sure are going up in value. I can't seem to find a hood for less than $500 and they've all got these two big holes on the sides!"
