Ok every one I was with a friend of mine walkin through his grandpa's junkyard when i spotted a lets say 73 mercury commet(the year is a guess) it has minor front drivers side dammage, decent paint, a 170 I6 and auto trany that suposably ran good when the car was brought in i know it was drove in, semi decent intieror, and a broken driverside window, it turns over but won't fire

so how much do ya think i should pay there's never any one at the yard and the title is in a lock box in the trunk the keys for the car and lock box are in the ignition. my friend sugjested that i back a flatbed trailer in and just load it up. so what do ya think

if you put other please specify how much

    Thanx

if the car seems solid, no floor pan or torque box rust, a c-note should cover it...can't just take it cuz of the hassle you may get with the title not being signed over to you. my .02

not sure if this will help or not but, I picked up my mav from a guy for $50 it was a factory V8-A/C car it had a fair body alot less rust then most of the "rusty" mavs I've seen here, and pretty decent interior....I would say start low ,you can always go up!!
