    if they are newer than last month...i haven't tried them. before that i tried 21 sets...
    being the tubes are 1.5" and the collector 2.5" i wouldn't have then.

    I doubt they will fit. Unless they are a close copy of the Doug Thorley shorties. DO you have a link to the auction? (forget it, I clicked on the wrong link)

    If they are 78076, Hedmans website lists the same headers for 71-74 Challangers.

    I had a set on my Maverick and posted a thread about it. Yes....they will fit. Fit even better with the modifications I made.

    I couldn't find it. It must have been an article I wrote for the MCCI Newsletter. Short version:

    They fit.



    Even with factory automatic column shift.


    Passenger side benefited from having collector cut and pointed more "downward" so that it didn't point directly at the firewall.

    this would be sweet because I would be able to install with my column shifter and they wouldn't sit so low that they scrape the ground like the ones I have right now.
