Question air box under dash.

    I just noticed that the upper half of my air box is busted under the dash. How hard is this box to take out and replace? It looks like a pain and would take forever. I am not looking forward to fixing this.......:mad:

    dude, its really easy to replace that.... it just takes passion and time revoming and replacing things with old cars.

    or odd cars.... i am not looking forward to replacing the blower this summer... good luck my friend

    Factory AC car.....tough.

    Non AC car.....easy.

    Took the cables and vac linesx loose and unplugged the blower then pulled the lower dash and took the bolts out and mine fell out in the floor ;)
    the a/c and heater hoses were already off.

    this was on my 74 so YMMV
