pod Thanks - It was actually pretty fun...cardboard template and a die grinder, hole saw and I welded 2 threded posts to the rear at each end to bolt her in. a little flat wrinkle finish paint . That part about taking the cutting wheel to the dash was a little un-nerving, but it fits really nice and all the gauges are angled back toward the driver and up a little bit.
angle Actaully, Autometer makes the offset trim rings. Got em thru summitt I believe. They are already cut at an angle and you just have to cut the U-brackets that come with them at a corresponding angle. They even furnish a templet for this, pretty easy ..and cheap. Part number is ATM-3244 and they're 10 bucks. Worked great.
