since I'll be taking the entire car apart, I was wondering if they made a tilt steering column for these cars?

I'm installing a Flaming River tilt column in
my 70 Maverick. Along with a PAINLESS Wiring
setup. You can find them at JEG's or SUMMIT.

Not sure if it ever was an option for Maverick.
I'm not up on what options you could get back
    then.

I just wanted to add a little New School drama
to my Maverick. I thought the new tilt column
would look great and go well with the seats since
they are being redone to make it look new again.

Tilt was not an option for any year. Several have talked about doing this swap, but the other columns haven't been the exact same size. I'd be curious how this aftermarket swap goes.

    Wes,

I'll post pics as we go. I have a 10 point cage going in it now. Then the 9 inch rear is going next. The steering coulmn will follow the rear end.
