    Everytime I put my 410ci maverick in gear and bump the throttle, I hear a squealing noise from the back of the car and smell burnt rubber. WTF?

    is it a wind up noise? I can't understand the burnt rubber smell. But certainly could be your rear end. Do you have a leak back there? Maybe your U joints?

    That's not normal at all. Once that muffler bearing starts squeaking, the car is pretty much toast. Just leave it in the driveway with the keys and I'll have a transport company come and pick it up and bring it to me for proper disposal.

    you're right. that broken grille can cause lots of problems. youd better get if fixed before your gas mileage goes down and your mortgage rates go up!
