I have the instructions at home but you will have to have a gauge. They also want you to install the spacer in the cable to set psi.I think is was around 8psi at idle.I will double check tonight.

I put one in my 71 F100 behind a 351w several years ago. I never could get it to work using Lokar's directions. I ended up doing an online search and following along with that they recommended.
Basically I tightened the cable until it was tight but not too tight and not loose. Once I got the thing shifting out of 1st I used the Ford manual on what they said about downshifting out of OD.
I don't want you to use what I say because the AOD can be trashed within a city block if the TV cable is too loose and I don't want to be responsible for ruining yours. So I want you to do some internet searches on the subject. Search this web-sight, the Ford Muscle website and any other site about the AOD.
There is also a correction bracket for both the Holley and the Edelbrock carb that makes the throttle linkage the proper lenght but I am ot sure if that is used with the Lokar cable. I never needed it. I used the Lokar cable and fabbed up everything else I needed.
I know this doesn't help you directly but be very carefull with that tranny.
If the pressure is too low it will burn up the clutches very fast.
Always err on the side of the cable being too tight instead of too loose.
Too tight will give harsh downshifts. Too losse will burn up the clutches.
