Im just confused about where the hoses from heater core go, what hoses go to water pump and thermostate housing? Thanks!

vacuum line from trans goes to a fitting on the back of the intake mainfold via a steel line that runs in the trans tunnel and comes up on the fire wall. Then rubber hoses for connection to the trans modulator and intake.
No it attaches to the intake manifold near the T stat housing. The bung on the T stat housing is for the bypass hose that goes between it and the water pump.
