I like the look of them on this car. Dunno who it belongs to, but it is from Brazil. Man.........What a car! And the 120 dollars. Is that US? I'm just wondering how hard it would be to get these stripes at a later date. Here's the car. Preston

    Different?

I think the ones that you found a pic of are different.
I believe these that are up for auction turn up on the
front fenders similar to the Boss 302 stripes.

R$120.00 is about $40 US, 1 Real equals about 3 US Dollars.

the second picture listed on that auction showed a Maverick GT cut into the rear decal... did they ever make a GT in Brazil?

They sure did...even put a 4 cylinder in Mavs down their. Mavericks are very popular in Brazil.

    Wow...

    I didnt know that.

I'm going with an "American GT" theme on mine. I see some Mavericks made up as a "BOSS" Maverick and thought a GT version would be neat. I'm using the GT Rallye wheel like Mavaholic has on his but with the GT logo on the hub cap. Those wheels were on the 69 Mustang GT's and the 69 Torino GT's... my Maverick is a 70 so, I thought it would be a neat version to make since it was close enough in years that it COULD have been made here in the States.
