Door striker

    Anyone know for sure if the door striker plate is the same as a 65-66 mustang?

    76 Small Bumpered Maverick(sold), 691/2 Maverick, 55 Ford Club Sedan, 65 Fairlane 500 Hardtop, 1960 Galaxie Club Sedan
    Not positive, but I believe the early mustangs had a smaller shaft on the striker plate, I think they went to the bigger size in 67.

    I used 67-68 ones on my Mav and they worked fine! Hope this helps!
