Maverick in a garage for 30 years!!!

I was thinking about going to look at it,but after taking one out of a garage that sat there for 2 years, and the amount of mold in it, I had my doubts about this one. If I had time I would have ran down to meet you Dennis. I'm about 2 hours from Ligoneer. The owner talked that car up wayyyy too much. Like someone said if you don't go you don't know. Russ

 

figures, its probably 45 min from me. and saturday i was driving around Ligonier in my 71 going to a criuse. russ we should hook up and check it out..

 

I would have been scared to go in there!

 

That car is nothing compared to the 1970 Mav i found in the back woods of someone's 500 Acre farm .. you could flick the trunk lid and it fell apart like burnt paper. It had a 200 cu in. engine.. there were some things that could possibly be worth taking... but not much... I should get some pics for you guys. It's pretty wild where you find these things.. They are hiding out there that's for sure.
