anyone with the jegs wheels

Hey fellas, just wondering if anyone is using or has used the the jegs or summit line of weld/crager copies? how are they holding up? also has anyone use Sport mag wheels? any pictures?

ive seen them. as far as i know they are heavyer than the welds. also they use a standard type lug nut that sits inside a hole in the face of the wheel. i dont like the look that that creates but that is easyer to deal with than the shank lugnuts used on the welds.

 

I was wondering about the weight...yes the jeg wheels use a acorn style lugnut.. which I would how that would do over time..as far as wear..

 

i dont think that the acorn style lug nut will cause a problem over time. after all at least 95% of the cars on the road use them.

 

I like them i just have to see what the weigth is.

 

yes but on soft aluminum wheel that the rear tires will be on and off a few times.. slicks for the track then back to radial.. etc..

 

I feel that wheels are a safty idem and that you get what you pay for. If your having doubts then you have answered your self.

 

its a wheel. Never seen a wheel broke in pieces just because its cheap.

 

Fact is i have saw a few high dollar wheels broken.

Wonder were someone can find the weight on them at? have to be lighter then the stockers.

 

I have the weld drag stars. they are extremely light easily cleaned and worth the money. which wasnt bad
