1975 Maverick Heater won't turn on

    Nothing happens when you flip the switch....no air hot or cold and no sound of a motor....I want to fix myself but am at a loss. Thanks for any help.

    i would check the fuse first. then go from there..

    Thanks for welcome.

    I was afraid of that, I saw in another thread here about how hard it is to get to the fuse box, and I don't think I would be able to do all that being 6'4 and 335 pounds.

    Happened with my comet.
    I had to replace the heater motor.
    That was a pain.

    isn't the '75 fuse box on the front of the dash panal ,left of the steering column?

    1975 maverick 4 door; 1971 Bronco frame off restoring
    The fuse box is under the dash. The 76 & 77 as the fuse box left of the steering columnn. Check the fuse if thats good than replace the motor. Its real fun when you do that. LOL

    LOL you'd better find some skinny kid and shove him under the dash with a test light. :rofl2:

    Dont think your getting under many dashes at that size!!! :hmmm:

    We had a tech that worked with us at 6'7" 265. Should have seen him try and get in Vipers and Crossfires. Damn funny.
