I missed out on (what I think was) a good deal this past summer - an all original 71 Comet GT for $2500. Now I'm starting to look around again for a fairly clean mav or comet, and trying to understand what these cars are selling for. So, if you find a car you think might be a good value, please post it here.

How far are you willing to travel?

I don't know of anything right now, but it would help other members to know if you were interested or not if we knew before we post what is found.

I would jump on it if I didn't already have 10 cars, 2 motorcycles, a quad, a flat bed trailer, 28' enclosed trailer and 25' 5th wheel.

Don, I like that deal in Phoenix. That's what I'm getting at! Basically just trying to find out what can be had for under $4000-$5000, since that is about how much I can get for my Saab that I just sunk a bunch of money into.

Be a good deal, and for that price you can have it shipped. But I'd be a bit wary. Pictures can always look good. Almost need to see it in person.:)

Noticed notches cut out in both back corners of the Hood Scoop, is that factory on a 71? My 72 doesnt have them. Click on link above to see it.
