While looking for a picture of their yellow with red and orange stripes Maverick I noticed they haven't posted in @ 8 months, I tryed to sent a pm but they have no more space to take messages, I had sent some pictures of my car with same stripes to help them with the color when they were getting ready to paint

LOL, 8 months is probably still at the painters. took a year for my painter to get around to doing it...... that's the price we pay sometimes though to get a deal.

Their last post was 06/02/09. I'm pretty sure they've been lurking around. Maybe they will see this post and contact you. (y)

yes, I found the pictures, I was kinda surprized when they posted because I didn't think I would like it but I do, a new member here has a new grabber with the same color stripes and and I was going to show him, when I found it I thought their last post was in Feb. , just wondering if its finished now. Last post I could find by her was 2-22-09, must have missed them somehow

What modifications were done to fit the 351/toploader?

shock towers notched back 1 inch, still running stock exhaust manifolds, toploader was a long torino type with competition plus shifter so previous owner cut hole in trans tunnel a small child could crawl thru. needless to say i am in the process of repairing hole. i have 2 sets of tubular automotive headers that are supposed to fit this combo but i have not figured out how to get them to clear steering linkage so they will be going to columbus!:hmmm:

I could never picture what the car would look like just looking at the stripes inside my door, I don't remember ever seeing one this color, I kinda like it, I think it must be a rare color combo

thats scarry, these are old ansens with some kind of weird offset lug nut adapters that you need about a 1 inch socket to remove. was kind of curious how rare this color combo is.
