First time ever driving my Maverick!

    This is true, theirs a gas station on a hill here in bowling green and i can go full throttle (as long as im pointed down hill)

    YUP! I am about to buy those little plastic ramps, and back up to the pump on them to get my butt up as high as I can. Then that gas will go right on in no problem.

    i am liking that ramp idea! probably going to be easier then messing around with trying all the possible ways to hold the nozzle and how far in it should be with how much the trigger is pulled

    haha maybe just an air suspension set up and just lift the back up a lot when filling the tank

    i go wide open with mine. but i lift the nozzle and have it barely into the turn.

    my 74 i bought in 78 was worse than the 71 i have now.i would just put it on the first notch get back in the car and crank the sabbath or rush :party3:
