Hi, my name is Lalo i'm from Mexico, I'm 22 and I'm studyin' engineering at the Monterrey Tech(ITESM). I own a yellow 73' 4 door Mav, it has a 289 engine, I know is not a very common engine for these cars, but in Mexico there are a few ones that have it. This car has been in the family since it was new, first my uncle bought it from a dealer and in 1981 he sold it to my father, and finally my father gave it to me. Since I can remember I have always loved this car, and has been the owner of my dreams. It is in good conditions but my dream is to make it look as great as possible. I am planning to paint it (a dark blue with silver or white thin stripes would be just perfect), and buy some new five-spoke wheels (15" or 16"), but I wouldn't be able to do so until next year (I like the classic style, nothing too eccentric). I subscribed to the forum a few months ago, but I didn't have posted anything yet, but now I want to participate in a more active way. I hope you can help me with all the knowledge you have about this magnific car. Sorry about my english, Its been a while since I practiced for the last time.
