I have finally been able to have the 71/72 highback bucket seat emblems reproduced. I am having exact copies diecast from white metal and chrome plated. They attach to the seat cover with two metal prongs. The company contacted me today to let me know that the molds are finished and to get the prongs from me. I should have the first batch soon. Anyone who wants them contact me at fredcarello@yahoo.com . I am waiting on the plating price but the unplated emblems are $10.00 each so far. The same emblem is used on the 71/72 front bench seat also.

That`s excellent news,as few originals remain intact. They`re always worn or scraped up.

I believe there is a place online already making and selling them. If I remember correctly they are 15$ a set.

    Do you remember who?
So far I haven't seen any correct ones. There are some available for Mustangs, Shelbys and Chevelles that are similar

The seats that I bought were originally from an early 70's Mach One and I already purchased new Mustang upolstry long before I knew that you could supply Maverick covers for them. My original Mustang seats had 2 of these bar type buttons in each seat back. I'd like to keep the same double button pattern that came stock on the Mustang seats but now I might just buy 2 sets from you and have Maverick buttons instead.

Do you have a picture of what the Maverick butons looks like so I can get an idea of how they will look on the Mustang covers?

    Thanks, Bob
